There are excellent reviews of both Fritz 5 and Junior 5 on the Computer Chess
Reports Section. Both of them have the same look, and great analysis features. I
find the language-generated annotations very much like what you would find in
Chess books (the printout looks great too). With Fritz 5, you get a User's
manual, a 300,000 game on CD (you dont get these with Junior 5, you only get
on-line help). The reviews also recommends Fritz 5 for player that are 1600
strengh, and Junior 5 for above 1600 players. Komputer Korner recommends that
Junior as one with "the most accurate score evaluation". Also Top Players Like
Kasparov and Kramnik uses Junior 5.
