 It's a bizarre review. It is impossible to figure out wgat they think they are
reviewing. TSCP and Primegen are two examples. TSCP is obviously incorrect. And
Primegen is limited by the library, 'putchar' as far as I can understand. I
haven't put much effort in examining the review. Two spurious benches out of two
made me slack off.
