Subject: Is there a free source code to translate pgn format to Movei's format?

Movei of today can generate a book based on games with long notation like

e2e4e7e5g1f3g8f6

You can download Movei to see example files.

My question is if there is a free source code that can translate pgn file to
this notation.

I do not like to do the boring task of translating pgn to this notation but I
also do not like the idea that people will need other programs in order to do
it.

I basically would like to have a source that gets pgn and is able to give the
following files:

file 1:file of the games won by white in movei full notation
file 2:file of the games that were drawn in movei full notation
file 3:file of the games that were won by black in movei full notation

I know that pgn can include more information like rating of the players but I
want to give the user the option to build a book only based on pgn without
downloading external programs and I do not have the time now to write a code
that read real pgn.
