I do not think that this is the problem.
The problem is that you say things that are irrelevant for the future and
complain about Ed that you need to work harder because of him when it is wrong
because it is not your duty to support Rebel in Arena.

Here are the relevant parts that made Ed react in the way that he reacted:

">PS2:

>engine compatible to the others. I thinking on your comments for 4-5 years, the
>time WB have success. You are not a fan of this engine protocol in this time >and it's nice to see that you go now the right way."

This is complaining about the past.
I do not see how it is productive for the future.

Complaining that you get emails and who is quilty?
Ed that released a free chess engine.

I do not think that blaming programmers who give free engines is a good
motivation for improvement.

You could ask politely that Ed will fix some problems and bugs if he has the
time to fix them without talking about mails that you get(Ed knows that there is
a bug in time management that is not connected with Arena and he is going to fix
it and I see no need to complain about emails to make Ed fixing the problem).

Ed does not sell Rebel now and he has no duty to fix bugs or support people who
have problems.

You complain that you must give support to different persons and test ProDeo.

There is no rule that force you to test ProDeo or to reply emails about ProDeo
problems so I do not think that this complain has a basis.
