Subject: crafty slow start up

Ok crafty running really strong tanlebases enabled works great. However, I
noticed when you run crafty.exe it takes a while for crafty to find and regester
all the endgame files, but, in winboard it seems to start up faster. I have
notcied that the actuall game board comes up faster but crafty must still be
checking endgame files because if you start a game right away it will not move
for 2 to 3 min? is there anyway around this? This is big trouble when running on
and ics with a .bat file. please help
