 The 135 points incerease in playing strength is based on the Speed Index that
Larry Kaufman (Previous Editor of Computer Chess Reports in paper form, years
ago) came up with comparing different CPU's for PC's, and the rating point
adjustment for each Processor (CPU). Here it is:

 Procesor             Points Adjusment
 486DX266 or DX50          0
 486DX4100                +20
 Pentium 90Mhz            +65
 Pentium 100              +75
 Pentium 120              +90
 Pentium 133             +100
 Pentium 150             +110
 Pentium 166             +120
 Pentium 200             +135
