Not 100% sure what you mean. The King Safety option represents the importance of
King Safety, so if it is increased it will be more careful about its king and
value more attacks on the other's king. In order to activate the options you
have to change a '?' to a '='. If you have [King Safety ? 150] that means that
the King Safety option is turned off. It would have to be [King Safety = 150] to
be active.
