I have found the problem!! I have clone cd installed in my computer and chessmaster 10 k will not run with this program on your computer.Even though the program was not loaded just having it there in my pc chess master 10k will not run! clone cd is a program that will make identical duplicate of almost any computer program on a cd rom./the exceptions are fritz 7.0 or 8.0 which has an actual physical copy protection mark on the cd. I have looked on the web site and clone cd is actually no longer available it was shut down for the pc cd rom.The clone dvd is now in works. Anyone would like to have a copy of clone cd just ask I'll be happy to send you one via e-mail. I'm disappointed in Chessmaster 10k development team to include this kind of "copy protection" without disclosing it. It cost me a great deal of time and affort to figure this out./ trying to uninstall and reinstall several programs/. I have contacted them with this problem and they were "unable" to help me. I have used almost every chess master programs and did not have any problems. I think a patch is in order to fix this problem.Any other bugs?? Any thoughts? Sincerely Charles K
