Don't expect a patch to fix that, as I'm sure it was put in deliberately.
CloneCD is a very common software piracy tool, and I suspect Ubi Soft has a list
of programs similar to CloneCD that they check for.

Are you certain that the program was not loaded at all? You might be surprised
at what programs will automatically run when you launch Windows. You might want
to check the Properties for CloneCD to make sure that there isn't anything
watching your CD drives for events such as inserting/removing CDs.
