This may be a dumb question - I don't have clone CD - but if you remove CLoncCd
, install CM10K and then re-install ConeCD - will it work?.

My issues with CD protection is that is does not really protect and tends to
hurt legitmate users who may have a valid interest in backing up their purchased
software.  Personally, I prefer the Chesspartner copy protection scheme over CD.
 I had to re-download 2 or three times Lokasoft software to re-install - always
a quick response from Lex if I need to get the key.
