i found a work-around in the readme file on the CD, Ubisoft recommends using a screen resolution of no greater then 16 bit 800x600 colors for the windows desktop before starting up CM10K so by changing your desktop settings to the lower resolution then booting up the cd..the game will run on old video cards . my card is not even direct x 9 compliant and the game works fine now before this work-around,i couldnt even play the demo after done playing just return your desktop settings to the original settings Best Steve
