Uri, You are correct. My attempt to distribute time to remaining moves failed due to a simple mistake. The 1st move of the last <=4 moves remaining would use all the remaining time. Also, since I check time() approximately every 1/24 second, I needed to add a little margin of error :) Should be fixed. I tried the same time control on Winboard and it worked.
