I give you a serious hint, Frank. You are a businessman and you already use ElChinito in combination with one of your products. You cannot pretend to be innocent as long as no clear "proof" did exist that ElChinito is a clone. If you are using it however you should be very certain that it's NOT a clone. It all falls back on you as the businessman, because if it's a clone, the programmers might be far out of reach for possible recompensations. So you should be a bit more interested into the details of the question. IMO you can't take the opinion that you are sober when you "use" this program as long as it's not clearly proven that it's a clone. Sorry for that position, but before you are hirt in your business interests, you should carefully check the here given position. I hope this helps you. A good idea could be that your programmers hat to certify you that their product is NO clone of Crafty. If then this is proven as a lie, then you have best chances to be out of troubles.
