The important thing that you can learn from Bob's post is that Eugen Castillo
did something that is not allowed.

The word clone may be technically wrong but
Bob claims that even if Elchinito is not a clone then it is clear that Elchinito
copied large chunks of Crafty and it is not allowed to do it(or in bob's words
not a permissable activity).

Here are the relevant words of Bob again:

"2.  I didn't "break the story".  I haven't even decided that this program is a
clone, although I will be the first to admit that the evidence presented at
least shows that the program copied large (if not all) chunks of Crafty, which
is still not a permissable activity."
