In the following rating list Elchinito has more points than Crafty and the only thing that I know is that the difference between Elchinito and Crafty is very small. http://f27.parsimony.net/forum67213/messages/2539.htm I also agree that many clones are weaker than the original program so nothing strange about it but unfortunately I do not see evidence that Elchinito is weaker than Crafty.
