Atleast there's no easy mate in sight after Nxh3 Kxh3 Rh6+.
Neurosis also thinks it's a draw at most for black.

Then, does Qd7+ after Rh6+ Kg4 also draw, or even win?

Neurosis doesn't even see a draw for black after Rh6+ Kg4 Qd7+  (Now seen from
white's side, so positive is bad for black.)
(Seems a huge branchingfactor, and it is, but because of all the checks it's
searching all these lines much deeper then the reported normal depth. )
