Failure to contact Dr. Hyatt is one thing. Failure by either to mention Crafty is nigh unforgiveable. Particularly in the light of your remarks further down about the "debt" owed to the Crafty framework. That sounds as if it deserved a mention of Crafty somewhere by somebody. The author chose not to ship it as open source and also did not attribute anything to Crafty. Thise actions had nothing to do with contacting Dr. Hyatt. Just my opinion.
