No, Dann, it was not. Here is an except:

"Pascal Tang (France), Eugenio Castillo (Spain):
Short readme for ELChinito:

After to play some Massy tournaments Pascal and me decide this year 2003
to make a public version of Chinito because some people wanted it. Basically
it works like a winboard engine but it's not exactly this, only the minimal
commands has been included.

The file chinito.cfg is the configuration file for "consolemode" lovers,
it's not necessary under Arena because the program configurate his self
initial parameters. Some people ask for "easy" command who is equivalent
to "ponder off".

File "posbin" is created/administrated by Chinito and it pretends to be a
learning system. User can delete it in any moment. The eficacy is not 100%
demostrated, but minimal it try to gives different answers for bad known
positions. There was Chinito versions who corrupt this file.

File "book" has a smart opening book, the selection window is a bit high,
and it's nearly impossible to configurate or modify. A good opening editor
is one of the next proyects.

If you see a bug ...

email us too:
eugeniocas@telefonica.net

Thanks,
Pascal Tang & Eugenio Castillo
(programmers of ELChinito)"
