I'm prepared to pay a reasonable fee.
I don't think "d" would work.
Hence I prefer "c".

With enough voluntarily donations the fee may be reduced ;-)

Also, I would prefer to split CCC and CTF, since I don't read CTF at all
anymore.  But a non-split would not stop me to join.
