What about this. Everyone has two options to maintain membership.
1. Pay a membership fee per year
2. Membership fee is waived if you purchase a certain dollar amount (or more)
from ICD per year.
I think a lot of people would be more inclined to buy their chess products from
ICD instead of the other guy, even if ICD was slightly more, if it meant getting
a "free" membership.
