I like the idea of read-only accounts being completely free, while posting costs a small amount. This would have the pleasant side-effect of reducing intrusion by trolls (trolls don't like to pay for the privilege of annoying people), and it would also stop the annoying practice of people with several accounts answering their own posts. You know who I mean ;)
