My guess is that eliminating the CTF would not save much money. As far as I can
see, more is posted on CCC than CTF, so I assume that CTF is read less and
consumes less bandwidth. And CCC takes more effort to run, because CTF is
unmoderated, except where the posts become extremely offensive.
