while i cannot say what the costs are to maintain two sites,logic dictates there
is some  additional cost which can be eliminated altogether


And CCC takes more effort to run, because CTF is

and even most of the extremely offensive posts are not deleted
i can certainly agree that the CTF is basically an unmoderated site spinning way
out of control
lets face it,why is this site even associated with the CCC?
there is seldom seen  a post related to any topic on chess.

with the singular exception of a handful of members who make an effort to post
messages containing reasoned arguments and reasonable opinions of  any quality
the CTF has degenerated into a safe house for trolls,rascists,neo-nazis and the
like..

lets keep alive the hobby we all love..computer chess..and let the other site
die of natural causes..
