All these offers are very nice and generous, but they mainly solve one aspect of
what Steve wrote in his initial posting: the site/bandwith issue. It _doesn't_
solve the problem that such a site needs quite some time to administrate.
Yeah, these things _can_ be solved. And I'm sure that whoever would host this
site would also be willing to invest some time. But still, I think there's the
danger here, that people take this on the light side ("yes yes, we just add one
or two more moderators with technical skills" or "yes yes, but I'm sure it's not
that much work, Steve prolly exaggerated a lil"). If you take that too lightly,
chances are that the forum slowly derogates into nothingness.
