I think that Junior's style is much more suited at playing Hydra but remember
the harware on which Hydra is running. So I will still consider Hydra the
favorite. also as a chess software(code) i think it is well organised u can see
that it was even though on powerful hardware wasn't looking at great depth. well
it has some chess Knowledge and to it's aid FPGA chips. As for opening book is
concerned I think Junior's latest book is well organised to handle the pressure.
I agree first two games of Hydra vs Shredder were decided by Opening book as
Hydra was out of book after only 10 moves pprx. while at the same time Shredder
was in opening for 15 moves!. Stefen mayor Kahlen must verify the lines written
in this book.
