I have to disagree: there is no less "control" in CTF now than there has been in
the past (though different CTF moderation boards have held subtlely different
views on what is, and what is not, acceptable).

We have been removing racist posts as quickly as they have been reported to us.
IMO, racism has not been a major problem during the current moderation period.

Anti-semitism is a subset of racism. So long as anti-semitism is not confused
with criticism of the policies of the Israeli government, then there really
isn't very much of it.

I cannot identify with your claim that CTF contains a high proportion of, "USA
hate mongering". I assume that what you mean is "criticism of US government
policy".
