I have not seen this post - I can only assume that it happened a long time ago.
Neither the current nor the previous moderation board would have tolerated such
a post.

I'm not at all sure which posts you are talking about here. How about some
links? I have seen my own country criticised on CTF - but my self-esteem is
sufficiently robust to withstand such knocks.
