Steve has been a very good and generous host to us - and nobody (who has good social skills) likes to be rude to a good host. On the other hand, the people who are willing to pay would of course be quick to speak up and tell Steve this. This would explain the discrepancy between the ratio of people who are willing to pay in Steve's count based on posted messages in his forums, and the numbers coming up at the survey at http://www.betachess.dk/bc/news.php , where, at the time of writing, over 60% are saying their preferred option is to move the forums to a new host. I hope Steve hasn't run away with the idea that a higher proportion of members are willing to pay than there really are. Take care, -g
