None of those can _use_ FPGA hardware, even if they had it, any more than they could use deep blue hardware if they had access to it as well. It is a fundamental change to a program to use external hardware. It is not a one-day or one-month porting change. And to do it right, it becomes a "start from the ground-up redo everything project..."
