I'll stick my head on the block by saying that I won't be able to pay a fee. My
wife isn't well enough to work, so we're a one income family. With three teenage
boys and a big mortgage, I have little spending power. I have relied a lot on
the generosity of my brother and a computer chess friend to have both a decent
computer and some decent chess programs to indulge my computer chess hobby. I
will be heartbroken not to be able to contribute to a future CCC forum which has
paid membership.
Having said all this, I appreciate what Steve has done for the community and
understand fully where he is coming from.
Graham.
