I think that no program has near perfect strength.
I see Fritz5.32 and other top programs do stupid mistakes that I will not do
in computer-computer games so I cannot say it is near to perfect.


 If ChessBase wanted, they could *easily* combine Fritz 5 and ChessBase

I believe it is possible to produce a 3000 rated program on today's hardware
I am not sure if humans are inteligent enough to do it but I believe that
1,000,000,000$ are enough to produce at least 2800 program
