Unlike you I´m not willing to pay for a recapitalization of ICD.
Steve wrote they had some profit from hosting the Forum in the past.
I am quite agreeable with a reasonable allowance ("Aufwandsentschädigung" in
German). I would leave as soon as it turns out our money is probably not used
for hosting the forum only.
I agree with Bob, this will be a sort of death knell for CCC as we know it
today.
The internationality of CCC will fade away.
Many Americans will stay, many Europeans will leave (maybe not many of the
programers).
