I see a single aspect however that makes difficulties and that is if Frank embedded something nasty about the freedom of speech in his German text, defending his own moderation there and in principle violating the ethical background here in this American forum, ridiculizing it. Then not being allowed to contradict this man is hard to digest. So, yes, we have a typical zwick situation. In that case you have the final say though. All the best to you.
