Specifically, MS and chessbase only. Never read ICGA's charter, but I imagine it would say something like promoting computer chess - as opposed to promoting commercial computer chess interests. This is may be sour-grapes from a non-MS user, but I also recall comments about it being for those who participated, which is fine of course...... Frank
