In the case of computers 2 processors can achieve near 50 elo improvement relative to one processor. I think that it may be interesting to know how much can be achieved by humans. If 2 humans with equal rating have the right to consult during the game then what is going to be the rating of the team in the best case? Assume for the discussion time control of 90 minutes per game+30 seconds per move. Unfrtunately 2 humans are not allowed to register to tournaments as a team so we do not know answer to that question. I think that it will be good if chess federations allow team of humans to get a rating. There is a rule that writing notes is not allowed during games even without consulting. Disturbing the opponents by noise is also not allowed so the team has to consult by agreed languages of signs. I think also that it may be more interesting to have team of humans against team of processors. it is not fair that only computers has the right to consult by doing parallel search when human opponents have not right to consult by the same way when one human analyze line A and another human analyze line B.
