I talked with someone who is not involved in programming and he claims that if you improve something it is your thing. He claims that if a company build a new car that is better then it is their car and they do not need to invent the wheel again. Laws are not going to convince him about the moral question and he thinks that the target is to do something better and the way that you do it is not important. It is clear that in case of an improvement clones are going to be considered as something that belongs to the cloner in case that the person that I talked with him decides about the laws. Uri
