Im hoping for better results in >the Chessbase GUI. Not knowing the new interface, all I would suggest is that you close all support windows except for the one showing the NPS. Also, make sure that both players in the game are Human, so that you know there is only one engine instance running (you might want to check Task Manager as well). jm
