Not another >penny is needed to maintain CTF. personally i certainly am not happy that the CTF will remain under your auspices, but i can say i am a bit surprised about the expenses being already covered with one single donation. you mentioned earlier that the contributions ranged from the minumum ($5) with the largest being $250. if we assume Peter was amongst those that contributed $250 then this means the additional cost to maintain the CTF is only $250 i think your CPA(accounting) firm would certainly allocate the costs between the two boards a bit differently :)) Steve
