If not, can CCC >pay the same contribution as Peter and be finished with this business? BK CTF is "small potatoes" compared to CCC. The server space is more than sufficient to handle the extra CTF bandwidth, and Tim kept his expense to a minimum when the CTF was piggybacked to the CCC. If we were to run the CTF by itself, then the expenses would be much, much higher. If the reality is a protest against the existence of CTF, then I have no answer, but from an expense standpoint, there is no issue. Those who know me, know that I am a very strong proponent of free speech. How many other companies are crazy enough to allow people to come and speak their minds freely? If I did not run a legitimate business (or even if I do), can you imagine what abuse I open myself up for here. I wish everyone would treat the two forums separately and not make decisions about donating to CCC because of the existence of CTF. But if you feel that making a stand on CTF is worth it, then so be it. At worst, the CTF is a place for many CCC members to blow off steam - steam that would certainly engulf CCC itself had the relief valve not been there. At best it is a place where people from all over the world can express their opinions on a series of issues which affect us all. Do I agree with everything said there? Of course not. But I am proud that I can offer a place where everyone can come and say what's on their mind. Steve
