Himem.sys is not loaded when you boot with "safe mode command prompt only"
Himem.sys is loaded when you boot with "command prompt only". If you try
to start Hiarcs with the -X option in this scenario, Hiarcs will end with
error code 261. Unfortunately none of this helps me with my problem.
