If the opponent refuse to reply to the illegal move and report a win for itself
then the engine that played illegaly cannot win.

winboard with test lagality off allow it.
option->general->test legality off
Here is another game that can happen in this conditions when black won 3 times
but white is the last winner after black blundered by promoting a pawn to a
king(I generated it but playing moves under winboard with test legality off)
