What is the best setting for CM9000 at long time analysis?

I have visited Kurt Utzinger page and there are several good setting for CM9000:

SKR, TO5, Judge II

the RK 2004 comparison file at the above page seems to indicate that CM9000 TO5
are the best for 40’/40 + 40’/40 + 40’,

Is this also true for long time analysis?

I have found the setting CM9000 TO5 at the section How to use Chessmaster in
Fritz-GUI, but where can I get CM9000 Judge II? I can't find them at Surak
hompage

Thanks

Javier Ros
