Subject: What is strongest setting for Pro Deo?

Hi all,
I see a lot of people try to optimize Pro Deo performances...my question is:
what is the strongest settings(Configuration and/or personality)if I want use it
in long time game?

And in fast time game?

Where can I found doc or info on modifying setting of this wonderfull chess
engine?
