Ok,

Could you try to put the following line into the [OPTIONS] section of wb2uci.eng

AlwaysSendMoveOnStop=true

For this to work you need  an adapter dated 25 mars 2004 or later.
The latest adapter is here:
http://home.online.no/~malin/sjakk/download/Wb2Uci_1.3_B15.zip

The version of Arena that you use is it free for download?
