I can't avoid the move with my engine.  Either you would have to know (somehow)
that the opponent has endless checks or you would have to search all checks in
the qsearch (and check evasion responses) until you find somewhere to hide your
king (not possible here) or you reach 50 move rule/rep draw (which is what you
must find to prove that h7 is a draw).  The variations are endless to reach 50
move rule.  Hmmm...perhaps you could cheat a little bit by making an 8 move rule
for this position?
