But for the simulation to be complete, the robot >adversary would have to cope with distractions such as loud noises, bright >lights, and that pretty girl smiling at it from the gallery :) funny you should mention the loud noises and bright lights the Robot Adversary was the only dedicated computer ever released to have an "emotions" option when invoked the computer would make distracting noises(beeps and whistles) move its arm randomly and flash red lights,all in an effort to distract the human player. in addition,if the computer won it would raise its arm in triump and if it lost it would make sad beeping noises and flail it arm never did offer the human player a pretty girl though.. :) Steve
