No Without knowing what games do you use to calculate rating it is possible to say nothing. You can caluclate rating by a match of 40 games between every 2 engines in the team you test and in that case the program without book may lose the same opening again and again and it is possible to test by only 2 games between every 2 opponents. You can also calculate rating by 40 games between every 2 players but when the 40 games are not played as a single match. In all cases you may get a different difference in rating. Uri
