Is that on a dual cpu system?

I've noticed that with ponder off in Winboard Pro Deo is still grabbing
3-5% of the cpu time. I use taskinfo so set Pro Deo to idle and leave
the opponent at normal priority unless it is sneaking clock cycles too.
I am just guessing that Pro Deo is polling for a reponse from Winboard too
often.
