Not donating money because of the existence of CTF will not help CCC a lot. Even if I made a donation to CCC, I still don't want to be associated with the CTF at all. It is the place of the most intolerance I've ever seen. And all the american politics and american prudery are hard to understand for a normal europaen. Free speech and badmouthing are different things. The place (CTF) should be _strongly_ moderated IMO, maybe then some more people could convince themselves to donate money.
