Bob's contributions are of course very valuable, but he is not the only one. There are other people on this message board from whom I have learned even more than from Bob. I think you overestimate the importance of Bob's contributions for the simple reason that his interests and his approach to computer chess programming are similar to yours. People with different interests will prefer the contributions of other programmers. Tord
